Job Description
* Melakukan sosialisasi dan penjelasan dengan baik mengenai
produk-produk D’ONE beserta manfaatnya kepada para nasabah dan calon
nasabah/ prospek.
* Mendukung kegiatan pemasaran lainnya seperti training/ pelatihan,
pameran, survey nasabah, dan lain sebagainya).
Persyaratan:
* Minimal lulusan Diploma-3 (D3) dari segala jurusan dengan IPK 2.8
dari 4.0
* Usia 22 – 30 tahun
* Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Call Center Officer di
industri keuangan, khususnya persahaan Sekuritas atau perbankan
* Kemampuan berbicara yang jelas (clafity of voice) dan bersahabat
serta fasih berbahasa inggris merupakan nilai tambah
* Berorientasi melayani pelanggan

Job Description
* Memberikan jawaban/ penyelesaian yang akurat terhadap pertanyaan/
permintaan (calon) nasabah yang masuk melalui telpon, email dan
sarana komunikasi lainnya.
* Melakukan sosialisasi dan penjelasan dengan baik mengenai
produk-produk D’ONE beserta manfaatnya kepada para nasabah dan calon
nasabah/ prospek.
