His name was changed to PN Pembangunan Perumahan through Government Regulation No. 63 of 1960. Based on Government Regulation no. 39 in 1971 were transferred to the PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero).

Persyaratan :
Lulusan S1 Akuntansi dari universitas negeri/terkemuka
Usia tidak lebih dari 26 tahun
Fresh Graduate, atau pengalaman kerja kurang dari 1 tahun
IPK minimal 3,00
TOEFL/TOEFL Prediction Score minimal 450
Memahami Prinsip Akuntansi dan Analisa Keuangan
Menguasai aplikasi keuangan lebih diutamakan
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh proyek PT PP (Persero) Tbk (luar Jawa & luar negeri) ± minimal 3 tahun
