Minimum D3 dari semua pendidikan utama (frontliner, ADMIN)
Minimum SMA / SMK (PA KUR, SPDJS, SPBM, SPK)
IPK minimal 2,75
Tinggi badan minimal 165 cm (Pria) dan 155 cm (Wanita)
Menguasai program MS Office, Word dan Excel
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (motor), bersedia bekerja di lapangan
dengan sistem target (SPDJS, SpBM, SPK)
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
Berpenampilan menarik
Berkelakuan baik dibuktikan SKCK
Sehat jasmani dibuktikan dengan surat sehat
Penempatan di seluruh wilayah Jawa tengah
