PT Len Industri established since 1965 , LEN ( National Institute of Electronics ) and then transformed into a State-Owned Enterprises ( SOEs ) in 1991 . Since then , Len no longer an extension of the "Lembaga Elektronika Nasional"( LEN )
, but has become a professional business entity called PT Len Industri . Len is currently under the coordination of the Ministry of State Enterprises . During this time , Len has developed the business and products in the field of electronics for industry and infrastructure , and have demonstrated experience in : Broadcasting , for more than 30 years , with hundreds of TV and radio transmitters that have been installed in various regions in Indonesia . Telecommunications network infrastructure has been stretched in both big cities and remote areas . Electronics for defense , whether by land , sea , or air . Railway Signalling Systems at various railway lines in Java and Sumatra . Power Electronics Systems for electric trains . Solar Power Generation .

Tidak memiliki suami / isteri yang bekerja sebagai pegawai atau calon pegawai PT. Len Industri (Persero);

Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh lokasi projek PT Len Industri (Persero).
Kriteria Khusus
Laki-laki, maximal 26 tahun
Pendidikan S1 Jurusan Teknik Industri – dengan konsentrasi bidang Sistem Manufaktur atau Operation Research
IPK minimal 3.00 (skala 4.00)
Menguasai konsep aplikasi ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Merupakan suatu nilai tambah, bila:
Menguasai konsep sistem manajemen perusahaan, seperti ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3L dan OHSAS 18001
Menguasai bahasa pemrograman
