We are looking for:

1. Sales Manager for Energy Services

Responsibilities:
• Prepare proposals together with service sales support department based on inputs obtained through customer service activities to match client expectations.
• Manage project execution team to ensure that the customer order will be performed in full compliance with defined, verified, and clarified quantity, quality, and duration of the technical scope.
• Execute long term service contacts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 (ten) years of working experience in the Industries and government client, such as power, oil and gas, fertilizer, pulp and paper.
• Advance knowledge in sales management.

2. Senior Sales Engineer for Low and Medium Voltage

Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales activities: review technical specification, attend pre-bid meeting, project calculation, prepare and submit tender documents, negotiation until contract signing.
• Conduct marketing activities (visit, presentation and up-date customer list)
• Fulfill the order income and turnover target.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experiences in sales engineering for Electrical power products/system/services.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably from Power Electrical.
• Familiar with Power System Engineering.


3. Sales Engineer for Energy Services

Responsibilities:
• Realization of sales and project execution coordination with Industrial customer.
• Establish and develop new, maintain existing, relationship with industrial customer
• Organize marketing activities in support of the companys marketing effort to ensure maximum future sales quota.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in machinery Industry and preferably in rotating equipment
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably from Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

4. Proposal Engineer for Low and Medium Voltage

Responsibilities:
• Prepare project calculations and tender/proposal documentation for submission to the client in a timely manner.
• Review and understand all clients project specifications.
• Implement the global proposal process chain and improve the technical knowledge to enable develop a quality of offer to increase order income.

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably from Power Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in tendering or biding quotation for Electrical power products/system/services.

5. Factory Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Implement a strong order management system that is consistent with the Project Managements process house.
• Ensure the service level agreement in place, identify milestones and scope of work requirements, with specifications & deviations
• Coordinate with Proposal team to review proposals & order scopes match, and where necessary clarifying with internal customer to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field (Project Management) of specialization

6. Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure results of customer projects with the objective to execute the project to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Power Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in processing / construction / engineering I development I commercial activity with varying duties in projects
• Experiences in managing minimum 5 team members in projects

7. Strategic Procurement

Responsibilities:
• Foster close working relationships with a limited number of suppliers, promote open communication and develop long-term strategic relationship orientation among supply-chain partners to achieve mutual gains.
• Develop Vendors to reach preferred vendors status, assuring goods of high quality and value through the utilization of Supplier Quality Agreement.
• Arrange quality audit to confirm the standard quality.
• Source components/materials, select and evaluate supplier, negotiate for the most benefit of company and to ensure that demand is met to the highest possible degree

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience gained in procurement related functional area.
