Memberikan informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan permintaan pelanggan
Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi data pelanggan
Menggali permasalahan (probing) yang disampaikan oleh pelanggan
Mengklasifikasikan setiap masalah yang disampaikan pelanggan untuk menentukan jenis/kategori permasalahan yang akan dicatat ke dalam aplikasi database
Memberikan solusi dan rekomendasi atas permasalahan yang dialami pelanggan
Menindaklanjuti kebutuhan pelanggan
Melakukan soft selling

Pendidikan minimal D3
Semua Jurusan & IPK > 2,75 (akan diprioritaskan)
Menguasai minimal 2 bahasa (Bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia) secara tertulis dan lisan
Single
Bersedia bekerja pada saat hari libur dan shift
Komunikatif
Berpenampilan menarik
Tinggi minimal 155 cm, berat badan proporsional
Berusia maksimal maksimal 25 tahun
Lebih disukai berpengalaman sebagai Customer Service
Memiliki jiwa pelayanan yang tinggi
Ramah dan mempunyai empathy yang tinggi
