Role Purpose:
Monitor MIDI/data quality services and network associated with them, and compare the results with contractual SLA for corporate customers. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to know the true cause of problem before starting improvement activities. Design and execute the most feasible improvement plan whenever contractual SLA is not achieved or repeated problem occurred.
Conduct audit network, create audit report, and follow-up action of audit finding. Ensure the utilization of qualified devices for corporate customer through standard and proven equipment.
Qualification:
- Minimum S-1 or Diploma-3 Degree with 3-year experience in telecommunication system.
- Good understanding in transmission system (TDM and IP/MPLS based).
Experience:
- Minimum 3-years with relevant experience for new recruit.
- Understanding overall Telecommunication system.
- Good product knowledge.
- Understand business process within related functions.
- Hands on experience in Quality Management or Quality Control.
- Understand customer concerns and requirements.
Skills:
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good inter personal skill.
- Good analytical capability.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Ability to work under pressure from customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Proficient in English.
