Junior HR Generalist

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Human Resources Knowledge, Assessment Skill.
Required language(s): English.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for recruitment, selection and assessment and ensure the fulfillment of manpower needs that every new recruits meet with the company standards
Manage and develop the assessment tools and process to support and sustain business expansion aimed at evaluating potential talents for promotions as well as to find replacement
Develop staff by leveraging training programs and initiated & facilitated specific development program
Support HR Head in create staff development initiatives to be aligned with Business expansion needs
Analyze information in relation to performing job evaluation, prepare the job description, design Job Competency by level and by function
Coordinate and liaise with GCG L&D in implementation training program that refer with CF University program syllabus
Facilitate people/career development in CitiFinancial, working together with the line managers in facilitating job enlargement, internal rotation, stretch assignment
Conduct training program \Manage training attainment report and budget training expense in monthly basis

(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage media exposure and service Indicators.
Provide awareness to critical stakeholder through best practice sharing
Provide thorough root cause problem analysis, feedback, solution & process improvement opportunity to process owners
Ensure escalation of problem lead to Litigation or Media complaint to accordingly.
Effectively communicate customer problem & manage customer expectation through proactive communication.

2. Service Survey & Programs Communications Officer

Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end process for Service Communications and Programs
Manage internal customer satisfaction survey fieldwork and result reporting as a regular customer satisfaction check as well as to ensure newly established critical processes are implemented according to their expectation
Coordinate the Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Measurement Survey preparation, fieldwork coordination and action plans follow up with Regional Office, Business Heads and all process owners.
Manage Total Quality Communications (design, frequency distribution, content)
Requirements:
Has more than 1 year of successful experience in conducting full cycle customer service survey, communication, & program management,
