Under Indonesia s independent power programme, PT. YTL Jawa Timur operates and maintains this 2x610 MW Coal-fired Power Station. The station is located at Paiton, Probolinggo District of East Java, 141 km Southeast of Surabaya.

We currently have a vacancy for a:

MATERIALS HANDLING ENGINEER

Responsibilities of the Engineer include the long term integrity and short term maintenance activities associated with the Material Handling Plant including Coal & Ash Handling, Air Heater, Fans, FGD and its associated equipments.

Candidates for this position should possess minimum qualifications and competencies as follows:

1. S-1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
2. Possessing 4 years experience as a maintenance Engineer on Coal & Ash Handling , Air Heater, Fans, FGD , Rotating equipments and Steam Power Plant associated equipments.
3. Having knowledge of materials, welding, NDT, alignment, rigging, and Failure Root analysis.
4. A sound understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
5. Self starter and having strong motivation.
6. Excellent English both spoken and written.
7. Maximum 35 years old.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experiences in GPS Mapping and GPS Geodetic application.
* Mastering many type of GPS Receiver especially geodetic type, land survey equipment such as Theodollite, Total Station, compass, clinometers and also familiar with GPS software such as Map Edit, Map Info, Pathfinder Office, OzieExplorer, Terra Sync
* Hard worker and willing to travel in Kalimantan and other remote are
* You will be required to plan and ensure that the field surveying operation are performed with high level of data integrity for timely development of GIS management tools to aid management decision making.

[Key Accountability Areas]

*
Continuously review and update the ERM governance & infrastructure to ensure the effective & efficient ERM process implementation.
*
Implementing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) awareness strategy across the company to ensure the sustainable risk management learning therefore ERM competency building & culture could be cultivated effectively.
*
Coordinate, facilitate and conduct regular monitoring of ERM process implementation with each function/ risk owner to identify, assess, and profile the risks therefore the accurate risk management information and map could be retrieved for further analysis.
*
In coordination with all relevant functions/ risk owners or project holder, to identify, assess, and profile the risks (risk modeling) on the project basis to anticipate/ mitigate the occurrence of negative risk which may disrupt the project
*
Conducting risk analysis across enterprise and prioritize the enterprise-wide risk mitigation strategies to ensure the availability of effective risk responses plan & implementation
*
Consolidating and developing periodic ERM report and documentation to ensure the effective ERM communication to the management and all employees therefore support the management in decision making process.
*
Coordinate with Internal Audit Department to monitor & ensure the risk assessment result and its risk mitigation is followed up effectively by risk owner
*
Coordinate with related department to develop & continuously update BCM (Business Continuity Management) plan to ensure the effective action that should be taken for disaster recovery.
