Under Indonesia s independent power programme, PT. YTL Jawa Timur operates and maintains this 2x610 MW Coal-fired Power Station. The station is located at Paiton, Probolinggo District of East Java, 141 km Southeast of Surabaya.
We currently have a vacancy for a:
MATERIALS HANDLING ENGINEER
Responsibilities of the Engineer include the long term integrity and short term maintenance activities associated with the Material Handling Plant including Coal & Ash Handling, Air Heater, Fans, FGD and its associated equipments.
Candidates for this position should possess minimum qualifications and competencies as follows:
1. S-1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
2. Possessing 4 years experience as a maintenance Engineer on Coal & Ash Handling , Air Heater, Fans, FGD , Rotating equipments and Steam Power Plant associated equipments.
3. Having knowledge of materials, welding, NDT, alignment, rigging, and Failure Root analysis.
4. A sound understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
5. Self starter and having strong motivation.
6. Excellent English both spoken and written.
7. Maximum 35 years old.
