Requirements:
• Has a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in the banking industry.
• Customer centric mindset to deliver customer experience.
• Basic system knowledge to access clients’ account information.
• Understanding general banking policy and processes.
• Basic knowledge of trade, treasury and cash management products.
• Able to use MS Office applications.
• University degree (S1).
• Good command in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Good interpersonal skill.
Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible for supporting the portfolio operations and client relationship within Corporate Banking team . And the jobholder has to effectively support and understand account management with main objective to deliver daily proactive client contacts, client reporting and resolving daily clients’ issues and requests in order to continuously increase the corporate customers' satisfaction.
