Commodity Support Group Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Understanding banking products (international trade), Bank Indonesia and legal regulations
* Good reporting and administration skills
* Good communication skills, both in written and spoken English
* Computer skills
* Independent, hardworking individual and able to work under pressure
* 3-5 years banking experience in general, accounting and in particular legal
* University degree in Economics, Finance and/or Law

Responsibilities:
* Job Scope and Objectives
o Responsible over the implementation, operation and supervision the banking transactions which are required the security covenants, particularly structure trade finance, collateral management agreement (CMA) transactions and FX transactions (margin).
o Responsible over the appointment, review, and supervision the acceptable warehouse manager/ surveyors, broker/insurance Company, appraisal company.
o Responsible over all Commodity Support Group (CSG) transactions comply with local and Rabobank International regulations.
o Provide daily and/or monthly report containing all CSG task and obligation to management

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Record, update, release, monitor, and supervise all assets/security which are provided by the customer in relation to the banking facilities.
o Update, monitor and research the price component of all commodities (thru Reuters, Bloomberg, website, news paper, or other sources) in relation to the banking facilities.
o Manage all bank transactions in relation to security covenant, collateral management agreement transactions, but not limited to blocking, releasing, recording, and monitoring such transactions.
o Do direct communication to customers in relation to all transactions under CSG responsibility.
o Do direct communication and coordination to the warehouse manager/surveyor, broker/insurance Company and Appraisal Company but not to limited to negotiate the price/charge, determine type of services/coverage, associated risks and determine other conditions for the bank protection interest.
o Review on the acceptable warehouse manager/surveyor, broker/insurance Company and Appraisal Company periodically.
o Inspect (organize or surprise plant visit) to the assets/security/warehouse of customer periodically. Inspection or visit report to be filled with pictures.
o Appraise over (fixed) assets of customer periodically in which it will be done by appointed appraisal company.

Due to expansion in activities and recent asset acquisitions, an International Energy Company is seeking to resource a Lead Reservoir Engineer.

Based in the Persian Gulf, the appointee will be assigned to International Business Teams which will also necessitate undertaking International Business Trips to Worldwide Regional Offices. This is regarded as a key role.

Summary of Role
* Performs all Economics, using PEEP
* Represents Company at Technical Committee Meetings and with Partners
* Training / Mentoring of Junior Engineers
* Provision of Petroleum / Reservoir Engineering expertise to Company's International Asset Teams.
* Provides Petroleum and Reservoir Engineering expertise to team members in the region for evaluating company operated and non-operated properties and new venture projects to maintain and increase company profits. Determines recoverable reserves for the region using various analytical methods, ensures joint venture operations are exploring and developing properties to obtain maximum reserves.


Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
* Planning and organising to be used to develop the production database, the regional reserve system and keeping abreast of daily operations.
* Computer literacy in both engineering and Microsoft products (Excel, Access and Word) critical for reserve estimates, the reserve and production database system, and monitoring of working interest properties.
* BSc Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related disciplines.
* Substantial experience in Petroleum / Reservoir Engineering functions, ideally in the employment of an operator.
* Previous experience of working on International Projects.
* Team work participation with geosciences, finance, and planning personal as required to complete the budget and five-year plan as well as evaluating producing properties.
* Knowledge of PEEPS
