Responsibilities:
- Candidate must posses at least a Law Bachelor's Degree from reputable
University (Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree would be beneficial);
- At least 6 year(s) of working experiences in reputable lawfirm or
mining company; - Exposure in mining, power plant projects, capital
market, land relinquishment, project financing, legal due diligence,
investment, acquisitions, and litigation proceedings would be
prefferable. - Proficient in English both oral and written (Proficiency
in Mandarin would be advantegous); - Hold Advocate license; - Computer
literacy, at least Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power
