Requirements:

* Male, max 35 years old.
* S1 in any major from reputable university
* Having some experiences in HR Mining min 4 years
* Having high understanding with “Undang-Undang Tenaga Kerja”
* Willing to travel out of town
* High interesting in mining
* Good in managing people, personality, leadership, communication, and
conceptual thinking

Legal General Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
- Candidate must posses at least a Law Bachelor's Degree from reputable
University (Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree would be beneficial);
- At least 6 year(s) of working experiences in reputable lawfirm or
mining company; - Exposure in mining, power plant projects, capital
market, land relinquishment, project financing, legal due diligence,
investment, acquisitions, and litigation proceedings would be
prefferable. - Proficient in English both oral and written (Proficiency
in Mandarin would be advantegous); - Hold Advocate license; - Computer
literacy, at least Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power
Point; Full-Time positions available.

Requirements:
- Handling Overall Legal Affairs pertaining to Group, companies, and
projects business activity;
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing any form of instrument of
agreement as well as ensuring the compliance with the prevailing laws
and regulations;
- Provides general corporate documents;
- Provides practical, complete, and thorough legal advices to the
management or for other affiliates/ subsidiaries/ relevant internal
departments of any existing or potential legal issues;
- Maintain permit and licensing compliances;
- Manage as well as liaise with external counsel (public notary,
lawfirm, and agency).
