DRTV Indonesia, a growing retail company based in Jakarta. We urgently need a dynamic individual with strong desire to learn and grow with the company to fill the following posts:

1. RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT DEPUTY MANAGER (RAM)
2. RECRUITMENT STAFF (RS)

Requirements for RS:
• Graduated from Psychology Profession.
• At least one year experience in recruitment area.

Requirements for RAM:
• Min bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology / Management.
• Min 3 years relevant experience in the recruitment process and develop the recruitment system for both senior staff positions and sales force.
• Well-versed with the recruitment process and certified in conducting the recruitment assessment / test tools.
• Energetic, smart worker, multi-tasking and ready to work under heavy pressures to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.

Job Description:
• Accountable for the establishment and administration of recruitment and manpower placement system and activities to ensure adequate supply and well-managed flow of manpower, to meet current and future Human Resources requirements of corporate objectives.
