PRODUCT & DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Requirements:
-Willing to be located in Palembang South Sumatra
-Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 5S, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma.
-Customer satisfaction oriented
-Knowledge of Bio-Based Composities (Wood composities) preferred
-Strong written, communication and interpersonal skill with multiple technical disciplines.
-Strong leadership of cross-functional experience
-Min. 5 years experience development engineering experience
-Min. S1 Mechanical, Electrical and Chemistry Engineering
-Male
Responsibilities:
-Function as technical liaison with Production, Maintenance & TQA/QC Department to capture and understand process inputs for new products development..
-Benchmark best Asian Practices for current and future products
