We are a growing company, looking for professionals to join our team in a successful company for the position as:
Accounts Assistant
Job Description:
Handle petty cash for head office & oversee branch offices' petty cash
Prepare commercial invoices and tax invoices in time
Input tax invoices in eSPT and daily bank receipt into MYOB
Liaise with insurance company for extension of staff's medical and health insurance
Prepare monthly debt report
Other duties assigned by finance executive
Requirements:
Experience in Accounting department for 1-2 years
Education: S1 Accounting
Computer and English literate
An independent worker, can work with minimum supervision
Personal trait: honest, hardwork, responsible, meticulous
Fresh Graduates with good academic record are welcome to apply
