Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in a related discipline (Banking & Finance/Accountancy/Business)
1-2 years of banking operations experience in banks/financial institutions
Proficient in MS Excel
Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply
Fresh grads welcome to apply!
Working location is in the East
Responsibilities:
Process incoming funds for overseas branches in a timely manner
Ensure that processes are in accordance with prescribed standard of operational procedures.
Liaise with various teams for referral of incomplete or invalid payment details on payment orders.
Monitor outstanding incoming funds to ensure accurately and timely crediting to clients’ account.
Handling reconciliation, investigations and control functions relating to funds processing
Participate in workflow improvement initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency
