Manufacturing Engineer
Jawa Barat - Bandung

Responsibilities:

Provide Engineering Support to Manufacturing
Problem Solving
Process Improvement
Process Trouble Shooting
Process Cost Saving
Tooling Management
CNC Machine setup
Support Product Transfer
Create Process Procedure/Working Instruction

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): knowledge of cnc machining operation, able to read technical/mechanical drawing, knowledge of manufacturing engineer, knowledge of product development, knowledge of six sigma, Understand and able to create machining program.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Tool and Program Junior Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. To Manage and Coordinate Product Support Activities, including :

Machining Program
System Compliance
NCOD
Tool Management

2. Support NPI and FAI Project Execution

3. Process Anlysis and Improvement

4. Tool Data Collection

5. CNC Program Management

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): knowledge of manufacturing engineering, product design, process planning and improvement, tool selection and usage, CNC Programming.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

Spare Parts Control

Responsibilities:
1. Create list of machine spare parts that must be replaced periodically according machine manual handbook and hystorical
2. To do inventory/stock opname check for all machine spare parts
3. Create a machine spare parts purchasing plan, base on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance schedule
4. Coordinate with line technician to do improvement process

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): able to handle cnc maintenance activity, excellence in system of manufacturing machine maintenance, ms.office literate, familiar with CNC machine.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

4. Increasing MTTF
5. Root Cause Analisys of downtime machine
6. PDPR for critical machine


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): familiar with cnc machine, familiar with machine trouble shooting, familiar with maintenance system, understand sytem of instrument and measuring equipment management, understand about tools management systems, Ms. Office literracy.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
