PT Freeport Indonesia an affiliate of Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold, is one of the world’s largest copper and gold producers.

We are seeking a highly qualified professional for the following position:

Superintendent, Environmental Laboratory Operation
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S-2) in analytical chemistry or related science with at least 10 years working experience in the environmental or analytical chemistry laboratory.
Proficiency in chemical analysis and environmental science.
Proficiency in ISO 17025 and ISO 14001 as well as Laboratory Safety and health standards.
Have extensive knowledge of QC and QA requirements for analytical method.
Skills in project management, decision making, and presentation.
Core competencies and skills in: Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Customer Service Orientation, Safety-Health and Environment, Cultural Sensitivity, and Team Leadership.
Proficiency in spoken and written English (technical and conversational)
Advanced computer literacy, experience with LIMS is preferred.
Willing to work in a remote area.

Responsibilities:
Provide guidance for direction and control of Environmental Laboratory activities by deploying departmental goals and objectives into achievable projects and programs, to ensure all methods and data are valid and accurate as well as comply with ISO 17025, ISO 14001 and other company's standard.
