We are a shipping company which have been active in the market for almost twenty years and listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Due to rapid growth of our business we are now looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the following position:
Corporate Secretary (CS)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Requirements:
Minimum S-1/S-2, graduated from reputable universities majoring in business law, finance or business administration
Having more than 6 years experience in legal aspects, public or investor relations including 2 years as Corporate Secretary
Good knowledge in capital market regulation
Must be fluent in English both oral and written
Computer literate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be reporting directly to President Director and be responsible for all aspects of corporate secretary such as: Investor relations, corporate communication and legal compliance for capital market.
