Human Resource Manager

Requirements:
Posses strong leadership, good strategic and analytical thinking.
Adaptability to dynamic environment, creative and able to work under pressure.
Computer literate is a must.
Ability to work well with people at all level.
Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill.
Have a good knowledge in psycho diagnostics & used to conduct psychological assessment is an advantage.
Have a good knowledge and capable in handling industrial & employee relations.
Min. S1 from reputable university, preferably S1 in Psychology.
Min. 3 years as HR Manager, preferably from IT industry is an advantage.
