SSE (System Support Engineer)

Responsibilities :
· Provides on-site and phone support to customers.

· Participates in installation process using EIS methodology.

· Define action plans to fix customer problem.

· Determine when to escalate problems to next level of technical team.

· Assists in field service if needed.

· Provides support to partners on service calls and be responsible for monitoring

partner engineers.

· Delivers technical transfer of information (TOI) to the field delivery support team

and partners.

· Contributes to the quality goals.


Requirement :
· Tertiary education (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in Computer Science or Electro

- Telecommunication.

· Experience :min 2 - 4 years in UNIX and/or networking; or an equivalent

combination of education and related experience.

· Possesses excellent oral and written communications skills, strong organizational

skills and strong stress management skills.

· Able to manage escalation situations and customer experience.
