Please note that although the duty station will be Makassar, South Sulawesi, the successful candidate will be expected to undertake travel within the Country

The following are eligible to apply:

Required Qualifications

Languages
Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
Competencies
Core competencies include adaptability, client service, collaboration, communication, initiative, integrity, knowledge management and sensitivity to diversity. Specific competencies at the level of the position include gender analysis and mainstreaming, sound analysis, problem solving and decision making, building commitment, planning and organising and facilitation of change.

Education
Advanced university degree with demonstrated expertise in skills development and skills training.


Experience
Eight years experience at international level preferably with experience in skills development projects focusing on Competency-based Training or community based training, learner centred training, participatory / game based training methods, curriculum development, training outreach to vulnerable groups. Experience in the Asia region, command of the Indonesian language will be considered as advantages.



Additional Information:
Please note that this position is of a temporary nature and that there is no expectation of continued employment within the established policies and procedures of the ILO. The contract renewal will be subject to good performance and availability of funds.
