Senior Engineer – Billing Application Planner (Code : Billing - Planner)
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/IT Engineering
More than 2 years work experience in Billing System and application development for Telco area
Fluent in English and computer literate is reacquisition
Good in Technical writing
Excellent in Problem Solving & Decision making skill
Have a pleasant personality
An attractive compensation package commensurate to experience and qualification will be offered to the selected candidates.
Responsibility:
Prepare Business plan for Billing and application system
Provide technical documentation and requirement for current/new technologies in Billing and application system
Provide road map for Billing architecture and provisioning
Coordinator project in Billing and application system, work close with Billing development
Interfacing with marketing and commerce to provide preliminary study on provisioning for new marketing promo (program)
