General Affairs Executive Yogyakarta

Job Purpose
To handle all tasks within the framework of NTS and the objectives given by the Head of General Affairs and Organization in the areas of Property & Facilities maintenance, Fleet Management & Office Services, including travel Desk Dept (in branch office).


Job Requirements:
Minimum D3 in Business Administration or other related background
Minimum 3 years working experiences in General Affairs in a Multinational Company (preferably in FMCG, Banking, and Service Product Company)
Good customer focus
Good administration and operational function
Fluent in English both written and oral
Computer skill such MS Office, Publisher and Visio


Job Responsibilities
To handle office facilities such as office furniture, equipment, and other respective related duties in order to make sure that the office area is suitable as working area.
To handle fleet arrangement in order to support all request on office related matters which require the usage of pool car.
To handle day to day administration and operational task on Fleet Management, property & Facility maintenance, Office Services and Travel Desk
To ensure the stock availability on stationary and pantry usage and other services needed in order to support day-to-day office operations
To ensure the compliance of Travel Desk Policy issued by Human Resources for any travel request received
To ensure the compliance of General Affairs Policy implemented in the operational level.
