The qualifications are:
university graduate in Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
Having 1 years experience in Recruitment & Training
Good analytical and problem solving
Excellent English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
Willing to be placed in Sukabumi – West Java
The role of this position is to:
Performs recruitment & selection process, shortlisted candidate and co-ordinate interview with user
Design, schedule and implement training program
Review existing training method and technique and their applications
