A well known and good reputation manufacturer, and leader in Truck and Bus Market, located in Purwakarta – West Java, need additional employees to strengthen the team, with the following qualification:
RECRUITMENT & EMPLOYEE RELATION SR STAFF
Qualifications:
Understand all aspects in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment and Employee Relations activity
Understand to evaluate, create and implement HR policies, procedures and practices
Computer Literate, good interpersonal and communication skill in English
Self motivated, tough, honest and able to work in team and under pressure
Male max 30 years old
Minimum experience 4 years in manufacturing. Candidates with automotive manufacturing experience will be an advantage
Bachelor degree from well known university, preferably majoring in Law.
