D1-BP Fuel Crops is a fast growing jatropha-based Bio fuels company. In line with our expansion program, we are seeking suitably qualified, talented high achievers and dynamic Indonesians that would like to grow with us, to apply for the following positions:

1. Industrial Relation (IR)
(Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Lampung)

Requirements:
Hold Bachelor Degree in Law / Management.
Having good knowledge in Labor Union.
Minimum 3 years experience handling Industrial Relations, in plantation company is an advantage.
Strong knowledge in Government Regulations.
English writing and communication will be a added advantage.
Willing to be based at remote area.
2. Secretary (Secr)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
Graduated from minimum Secretarial Academy
Computer literate, especially MS Office programs.
Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must.
Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude, and able to work under pressure.
Responsible, discipline, trustworthy, smart, independent, highly self motivated.
Organized, efficient, quick and resourceful.
Minimum 3 years experience in large and / or multinational companies.
English writing and communication.
Willing to be based at remote area.
