GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - FRONTLINERS
(GDP-FL)
GDP is a program that includes several months of comprehensive general banking and product knowledge training and two years on the job placement. When completed, candidates will have development path and will be stationed in branches of the bank.
Requirements
Commitment to a professional banker
A strong sales and customer focus
Willing to be stationed at our branches throughout Indonesia
Computer literate
Proficient in English (verbal and written communication abilities)
Male/Female, Max 26 years old
Bachelor or Master degree, in any education background with an outstanding GPA (GPA>=3.25)
Preferably with 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
