Our client, a well know and well respected engineering firm, seek the skills of an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with solid Tailings experience.
Working with an enthusiastic team on exciting projects your skills will be put to the test. As the principal engineer and working in a team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of tailings storage facilities. Geographically this will be in WA but work may see you on projects overseas and across Australia. Naturally it is expected you have a degree in engineering and/or geology and of course numerous years experience in relevant fields.
Essential past experience includes:
* Water balance analysis.
* Involvement in component design including roads, diversion channels, spillways and airstrips.
* Geotechnical assessments and the relevant reporting around this including Government approvals.
* Geotechnical investigations for storage facilities and infrastructure.
This is more than a job; this is definitely a career move. You will be working along side some of the worlds best people on some of the most exciting projects around.
