Currently, we are offering an opportunity as below :

Learning & Development Head

Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree and good command in English
* 5 - 10 hands on experience in training, preferably from banking, insurance or any financial service companies
* Experience in organization development and change management would be significantly plus point
* Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill

Role and responsibilities:
* Manage the full spectrum of training and development functions, including training budget, premises, logistics, and vendor relation
* Manage talent review and HiPo selection process, including overseas assignment and cross country employee exchange program
* Manage and coordinate Performance Appraisal process
* Lead organization development and change management process
* Roll out and manage Rabo Academy and Management Development Program
* Lead L&D team consist of 4 people
