Event Specialist
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree in Communication
* Minimum 3-5 years working experience in coordinating corporate event

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with other related medias in relation with the event promotion program (i.e., university sponsorship) to ensure all the information of the program spread widely.
* Prepare promotion material (BTL – banner) to ensure the execution of event program meet with the agreed target.
* Provide recommendation to user (i.e., sales team) on the event to be executed and accommodate necessary things which relates to the event in order to support the successful of the event program.
* Propose a proper venue, run down, and time estimation of the event to be executed to user so as to ensure the event is met user expectation as well as budget.
* Deal and brief with other related parties for the event program (i.e., hotel, agency, EO, etc) to ensure the event execute is met user expectation and in line with the objective of the program.
