Corporate Finance Analyst

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably have a degree in finance or accounting
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
Responsibilities:
* Developing financial models for new businesses, valuations, and product developments
* Liaising with analysts, fund managers, rating agencies and banks
* Benchmarking company’s performance with relevant peers periodically
* Preparing monthly management report
* Constructing information depository for financial and operational information
* Preparing and updating presentation materials, Assisting in the preparation of other reports as requested by management
