Requirements:
* Bachelor degree (GPA minimum 2.75) from reputable university
* Maximum 27 years old
* Minimum 1 year experience in develop curriculums, lecturing, develop TNA and also have experience as trainer & facilitator
* Strong academic background from any disciplines
* Energetic, having business sense & drive for result
* Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities
* Proficient in English
Responsibilities:
* Researching & developing training programs
* Analyzing and Facilitating Training delivery
* Developing curriculums, evaluate training delivery and measure results
* Improve overall process based on data and fact to achieve HR support and service excellence
