Jawa Timur - Surabaya
Requirements:
* Male or Female
* Min. SMU
* Min. 1 year experience in admin or logistics
* Good communication and administration skill.
* Able to work under pressure.
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Familiar with MS Office.
* Honesty and integrity is a must
Responsibilities:
* Collect SJ POD of Transporter (Driver)
* Conduct an audit before loading truck
* Ensure the blank sheet form is used for the unloading process
* Ensurecompatibility between versions of data load driver / helper versus warehouse DP
* Ensurecompatibility SJ DP versus payload data follows the completeness of the document before delivery
* Execute asealingprojecttruck
* Collecting dataon themanuallogbookdelivery
* Reportprogressbye-maildelivery
* UploaddatafromSAPtoTMSdelivery
* UpdatePODinsystem
* HandovertothewarehousePODDP
