Persyaratan :
1. Laki-laki / Perempuan
2. Usia maximum 27 tahun
3. S1/D3 Teknik Mesin/Kimia/Design (FE, QE, SE, BE)
4. S1 Teknik Lingkungan (EE)
5. D3/D4 Polman Ceper (CE)
6. Minimal IPK 2.90
7. Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan & tulis
8. Mampu mengoperasikan computer, Autocad dan Software Engineering (FE, QE, SE, CE)
9. Mampu berkomunikasi, bekerja keras & kelompok, teliti, jujur
