Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk. (BII) was established on 15 May 1959 and licensed as a foreign exchange bank in 1988. Subsequently BII made an Initial Public Offering in 1989 at Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock (now known as Indonesia Stock Exchange).
On September 30th 2008 Maybank, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Mayban Offshore Corporate Services (Labuan) Sdn, Bhd. (MOCS) completed the acquisition of 100% of Sorak Financial Holdings Pte. Ltd, owner of 55.51% of the shares of BII. In December 2008, MOCS completed a general tender offer for the remaining shares of BII.

BII is one of the largest banks in Indonesia with an international network that comprises 250 branches and over 725 BII's ATMs across Indonesia, and also connected with more than 20,000 ATMs under ATM PRIMA, ATM BERSAMA, ALTO, CIRRUS and Singapore's DBS/POSB Bank ATM network, as well as a banking presence in Mauritius, Mumbai and the Cayman Islands. With a total customer deposit base of Rp44 trillion and Rp57 trillion in assets as of 31 December 2008, BII provides full range of financial services through its branch and ATM network, phone banking and internet banking channels. BII is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BNII) and is active in SME/Commercial, Consumer and Corporate banking.

Requirements

ODP Funding merupakan sebuah program pengembangan sistematis yang dirancang untuk lulusan fresh graduate yang potensial dan berbakat atau yang sudah memiliki pengalaman untuk diberikan pelatihan dasar Sales Funding selama 9 bulan, melalui on-the-job-development yang didukung pembelajaran di kelas (in class training) dan pembelajaran di kantor cabang (on the job training) dan yang lulus nantinya akan ditugaskan sebagai Assistant Manager di unit kerja Retail Banking, yang ada di jaringan cabang BII di Indonesia untuk kemudian dikembangkan menjadi calon pemimpin BII di masa depan.
Mengingat pentingnya hal ini bagi pertumbuhan bisnis BII, maka hanya kandidat terbaik yang diharapkan untuk mengisi posisi ini.
PERSYARATAN :
  • Pendidikan min. S1 dari semua jurusan
  • IPK Min. 2,75
  • Usia maksimum 26 tahun untuk lulusan S1 dan 29 tahun untuk lulusan S2
  • Berorientasi pada target kerja
  • Memiliki ketrampilan interpersonal, komunikasi, dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh kantor cabang BII di Indonesia
