In February 2006, Global TV in collaboration with MTV Networks Nickelodeon programs brought to Indonesia in order to be enjoyed by all children , youth and young families in the whole archipelago . Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Required skill(s): Assessing, evaluating the organization needs
Preferred skill(s): Training, development plan, consultation
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
Project planning and project management skills; ability to develop short-term plans/goals
Flexible - ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities or work environments
Strong customer service orientation (i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to help)
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or Management

Responsibilities

Assessing and evaluating the organization needs by developing, improving and implementing the actions, which are divided into training, development plan, recruitment, consultation, policies and procedures related to HR functions Manage the regular/annual Job Evaluation Process, which the results will be used for organization updates and development, including the monitoring of position descriptions updates Actively and creatively organize the implementation of Performance Appraisal (PA) annually within the company and ensure that the results are delivered timely and accurately Organize, manage and monitor the implementations of Training
