- Pendidikan min. SI Arsitek (1), SI Sipil (2, 3, 4), S1 Mesin (5), S1 Elektro
(6), S1 Planologi (7)
- Menguasai Autocad (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
- Menguasai 3D dan Animasi (1)
- Menguasai SAP / ETAB, MS.Project (2)
- Menguasai ArcGIS (7)
- Berpengalaman diutamakan (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
