Officer Development Program (ODP)
Mizuho ODP is prepared by Bank Mizuho Indonesia for the younger generation (fresh graduates) in order to establish the individuals who will continue the leadership of the bank in the future. This program is designed to give graduates a balance of Corporate Banking industry knowledge, analytical decision-making capabilities and people management skills
Requirements :
Ability speaks in Japanese language is more preferable (equal to N3 JLPT)
Strong Service-Excellence mind-set and Communication skill
Good sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity
Bachelor / Master degree holder, in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
Max. age 25 years old
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 600 or TOEFL of in. 500)
