Minimal D3/S1 dari segala jurusan
Diutamakan pengalaman min 2 thn dibidang perbankan (funding) atau Fresh Graduate
IPK > 3,00 (skala 4,00)
Memiliki banyak relasi/costumer base
Inisiatif tinggi, bekerja dengan target
Berpenampilan menarik dan komunikatif
Dapat berbahasa Inggris lebih diutamakan
Dapat mengoperasikan komputer
