More than 40 years ago, Indosat was established as an integrated Indonesian telecommunications network and service provider. Together with its subsidiaries PT Indosat Mega Media (IM2) and PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta,
Indosat provides fixed data or Multimedia, Intranet & Data Communication services such as IPVPN, leased line and internet services. Indosat pioneered the introduction of wireless broadband services using 3.5G with HSDPA technology to Indonesia and sucessfully attained a dual listing for its shares in 1994. Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum Diploma 3
- Certification on certain area (CCNA, expert of system, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2-year experience in telecommunication system.
- Wide understanding on telecommunication systems.
- Good knowledge on quality and assurance process in telecommunication industry.
- Understand business process within related functions.
- Good understanding of project management
- Some years experiences on telecommunication system operation will be useful.
- Good communication skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical capability and skills.
- Project management skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Proficient in English.

Job Role:

Conduct problem identification, investigations and diagnostic, initiate actions to improve or correct the recurring incidents for Platinum, Gold and Silver Customers, provide proposal for further improvement actions requested by customers to increase availability and reliability of Indosat’s corporate customer circuits, to make sure the services provided to the customers meet the SLA committed in the contract.
