Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di Rumah Sakit
Domisili di daerah Jakarta Barat, Tangerang (yang sekitar Jakarta Barat), Jakarta Utara dan Jakarta Pusat

Kualifikasi :
Pria/Wanita usia maks 35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal SMF/ D3/S1 Farmasi
Wajib memiliki STRTTK dan ijazah yang masih berlaku
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun
Kompeten dalam meracik obat, teliti, jujur dan rapi
Domisili di daerah Jakarta Barat, Tangerang (yang sekitar Jakarta Barat), Jakarta Utara dan Jakarta Pusat
