Requirements
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education & Experience
° Graduate Degree (S1) in Engineering or Information Systems.
° 1 year-experiences in application support and some programming language (e.g : .Net, Sharepoint). Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
° Project Management.
° Technology/application in custom applications, Business Intelligence, and packaged solutions.
° Application support.
° Problem solving. ° Communication skill both in English and Indonesian.
° Other PTFI mandatory competencies.
Responsibilities
Long Description :
Staff Grade 1
Basic Function :
Execute application maintenance to support superior in maintaining application availability and reliability.
Job Responsibility :
1. Coordinate with Sr. Software Engineer to provide local and global support for custom applications, Business Intelligence systems, and packaged solutions
2. Provide strategic central point in managing incidents through resolution, including:
a. Detection and recording
b. Classification and prioritization
c. Root cause analysis and investigation
d. Diagnosis, resolution and recovery
e. Building knowledge base
3. Coordinate and provide proactive and reactive advices and guidance to customers to maintain customer's satisfaction.
The key challenges in this position include:
° Ability to deliver high quality application support for local and global solutions.
