Responsibilities:
You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting financial - accounting and personnel activities in the branch office.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic / Accounting / Human Resource / Management
Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
Maximum age of 26 years old in 2013.
High interest in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource, General Affair
An ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems
Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated
High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
Able to join the company immediately
Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Corporate Legal Staff (EXP-CLS)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Have ability to handle corporate action, corporate document and legal processing. Provide legal advices for the board of directors with ability to handle all legal issues for all company included : contract, tenders, acquisition, liquidation.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law or equivalent
Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
Maximum age of 30 years old in 2013
Fluent in English both oral and written
Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven and Good Business Ethics
Preferably Senior Associate / Supervisors specializing in Corporate Law/Legal Services
Min 3 years of experience in the Legal Corporate (in Heavy Equipment Industry will be an advantage)
