* Min Bachelor Degree in any field
* Has at least 1 year experience in Supervisory or Team Leader position, with strong leadership skills
* Has at least 3 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in the telecommunications industry
* Have good interpersonal, good performance and communication skill
* Able to understand and to speak English
* Has knowledge how to operate computer and related applications (MS office applications)
