A. Pendaftaran :
1. Waktu :
Penerimaan pendaftaran seleksi administrasi, pengisian biodata dan pengambilan Nomor Tanda Peserta Ujian oleh yang bersangkutan mulai tanggal 14 September 2009 sampai dengan 6 Oktober 2009.
2. Tempat :
Pendaftaran dilaksanakan di Direktorat Sumberdaya Manusia Gedung Rektorat Andi Hakim Nasoetion Lt. 4 Kampus IPB Darmaga Bogor.
3. Kelengkapan :
1. Surat lamaran ditulis dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar dengan menyebutkan jabatan yang akan dilamar, ditujukan kepada Menteri Pendidikan Nasional melalui Rektor Institut Pertanian Bogor, tanpa meterai;
2. 1 (satu) lembar foto copy STTB/ijazah yang telah terakreditasi dan harus sesuai dengan kualifikasi akademik yang dibutuhkan, dan telah disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang (tanggal penetapan STTB/ijazah harus sebelum tanggal pelamaran, tidak boleh surat keterangan atau pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa belum diwisuda), dan menunjukkan aslinya kepada Sub Tim Seleksi Administrasi;
3. Kualifikasi akademik ijazah harus linier antara S1 dan S2 (dalam satu rumpun);
4. Kualifikasi akademik pendidikan harus sesuai dengan rencana kebutuhan yang diusul kan sebelumnya ke Biro Kepegawaian Sekretariat Jenderal Depdiknas bagi pelamar lulusan perguruan tinqqi luar negeri atau lembaga pendidikan luar neqeri harus melampirkan surat keputusan penetapan dan penyetaraan hasil penilaian ijazah lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri dari Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi, bagi pelamar yang memiliki ijazah lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri;
5. Pas foto ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 4 lembar (Hitam Putih)
6. Usia paling rendah 18 tahun dan paling tinggi 35 tahun.
Khusus Dosen, selain persyaratan tersebut di atas, perlu melampirkan surat pernyataan tidak sedang terikat kontrak dengan instansi/perguruan tinggi lain, apabila ternyata pada waktu melamar dengan sengaja memberikan keterangan atau bukti yang tidak benar, maka yang bersangkutan diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat.
