o Review on the acceptable warehouse manager/surveyor, broker/insurance Company and Appraisal Company periodically.
o Inspect (organize or surprise plant visit) to the assets/security/warehouse of customer periodically. Inspection or visit report to be filled with pictures.
o Appraise over (fixed) assets of customer periodically in which it will be done by appointed appraisal company.

LK3 System Analyst (LSA)
The incumbent will be responsible to develop, implement, monitor LK3 system & performance document and data, and also prepare the LK3 report

* Must possess bachelor degree related with environment, health or safety with min 5 years experience in coal mining industry
* POP, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification or other environment management system certification will be an advantage
Survey Supervisor (SVY)

Requirements:
* Must posses bachelor degree in geodetic engineering with min 2 years experience in coal mining industry

Project Manager (PM)

Kualifikasi :

STM Bangunan / SMA IPA / D3 Teknik Sipil.
Mampu menggunakan Alat Ukur Theodolit dan Water Pass (sertifikat).
Pengalaman pada proyek high rise building dibidangnya Minimal 3 tahun.
Mampu berbahasa Inggris aktif dan mengoperasikan komputer (MS. Office).

Kualifikasi :
