Job Descriptions
A Senior Executive Secretary shall be in charged of arranging & assisting of daily activities of President Director Inclusive duties as outlined below.
Duties;
1. Prepare correspondence, reports & materials for presentations
2. Setup President Directors travel arrangements inclusive flight & hotel booking & respective travel itineraries
3. Setup accommodation & entertainment arrangements for company visitors
4. Maintain President Director s business calendar
5. Prepare & maintain President Directors expenses reports
6. Setup & coordinate meetings and conferences
7. Create, transcribe, & distribute meeting agendas & minutes
6. Answer telephones & handle in appropriate manner
9. Meet & greet clients & visitors
10. Other duties as assigned
Education & Qualifications;
- Female, min D3 Degree in Secretarial from reputable university / academy with GPA min 2.75 (4 scales)
- Min 5 years working experience as an Executive Secretary Mm 30 years old, pleasant personality, straight character & attractive
- Hard working, willing to work overtime & under pressure
Skill Required;
- Excellent English in writing, reading & speaking. German language is advantage
- Excellent communication skills, motivational, interpersonal skills & willing to work in a team.
- Proficient with computer literacy minimum MS Words, MS Excel & MS Power point
